Is Nyveera jewellery safe for sensitive skin?
Our pieces are plated and finished with care, but sensitivity to fashion jewellery can vary from person to person. If your skin tends to be sensitive, avoid direct contact with perfume, sweat, and water, and remove jewellery before sleeping or bathing.
What's the difference between Kundan, Polki, and American Diamond (CZ) jewellery?
Kundan and Polki are traditional Indian techniques that set uncut, glass-backed stones for a regal, antique look. American Diamond (CZ) jewellery uses faceted cubic zirconia stones cut to mimic the sparkle of real diamonds. Nyveera offers all three styles across necklaces, earrings, and bridal sets.
Will the colour or finish fade over time?

Are your necklaces and earrings adjustable?

How long does delivery take?
Standard orders arrive within 7–14 business days. In-stock items usually ship within 24–48 hours, while made-to-order pieces may take 5–7 business days to ship before the delivery window begins.
Can I track my order?

Where do you ship to?

How do I use a discount code at checkout?

Returns & Exchanges
What is Nyveera's return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they’re unused, undamaged, and sent back in their original packaging along with proof of purchase. Returns requested after 30 days aren’t eligible for a refund. Full details are on our Refund & Returns Policy page.
Are sale or discounted items eligible for a refund?
No — only regular-priced items can be refunded. Jewellery bought at a discounted or sale price isn’t eligible for a refund, though it may still qualify for an exchange if defective or damaged.
Can I exchange a piece that arrives damaged or defective?
Yes — we replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective. Contact us with photos of the issue soon after delivery and our team will arrange a replacement.
How long does a refund take once approved?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether it’s approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method; if it’s taking longer than expected, contact us and we’ll look into it.

How should I clean and store my jewellery?
Wipe each piece gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing, and store it separately in a pouch or box to prevent scratching and tangling. Keeping jewellery away from water, perfume, and harsh chemicals helps the plating last much longer.
Can I wear Nyveera jewellery every day?
Many of our daily-wear and minimal designs are made for everyday use. For delicate statement and bridal pieces, we’d suggest saving them for special occasions so they stay looking their best for longer.
